I have heard little about the Eumig Nautica which is what I assume you have. I think it shoots at 18fps only. I have only shot a few rolls of still film underwater as tests for a film I would like to make here in the next two years. I am learning about underwater MotionPicture work now as well. I do know the Ikelite makes all sorts of cool lights and stuff. The problem I have had with my stills is light!!! I am shooting in water that is tea colored at best. I am also looking at what filters give me the best look. Then when I have that down I will take my motion camera down and do some more tests. I guess the only thing I can say is run a lot of film and do what I am doing--looking at results and exprimenting. Good Luck

Just make sure you have plenty of gasket sealer (lubricant) to protect your camera's internal components. Even though the camera is built for underwater, there is a good chance its not air tight after 20 plus years. I recommend finding the instuction booklet for the camera if you don't have it already. It will give you some handy tips. Do not go skimpy on the gasket sealer, or you will be sorry. Guten Nacht. Han
